Vet een springvorm in van 20 cm doorsnee en bekleed volledig met bakpapier.<\/li>\n<li>Zeef de bloem met bakpoeder, zuiveringszout en de specerijen. Klop het ei en de dooier door elkaar.<\/li>\n<li>Klop de zonnebloemolie met de suiker ongeveer 1 minuut. Voeg al kloppend het eimengsel toe. Vervolgens de walnoten, wortel, kokos en tenslotte het bloemmengsel. Meng zorgvuldig maar niet al te lang!<\/li>\n<li>Klop de eiwitten met wat zout in een schone kom totdat er pieken ontstaan. Meng dit luchtig door het wortelbeslag.<\/li>\n<li>Giet het beslag in de bakvorm. Strijk glad en bak ca. een uur in de oven totdat een in het midden van de taart gestoken spies er droog uitkomt. Het kan zijn dat het iets langer duurt totdat de taart gaar is. Als de taart te donker wordt, dek hem dan af met alumuniumfolie. Laat de taart in de vorm volledig afkoelen.<\/li>\n<li>Klop de roomkaas luchtig en glad. Hetzelfde geldt voor de honing, suiker en boter in een andere kom.
