Snijdt de Chinese kool in flinterdunne plakjes en rasp de rettich met een grove rasp.<\/li>\n<li>Verhit de olijfolie en bak de zalm in ca. 3 minuten aan beide kanten goudbruin. Keer na 1,5 minuut.<\/li>\n<li>Meng de mirin, sojasaus en suiker. Voeg toe aan de zalm en stoom in ca. 8 minuten gaar.
