Laat ze afkoelen in een gesloten plastic zak. Verwijder zodra ze zijn afgekoeld de velletjes, de zaadlijst en snijdt in partjes.<\/li>\n<li>Breek de geitenkaas in stukjes.<\/li>\n<li>Vul een pan met water en breng aan de kook, let op geen zout toevoegen. Blancheer de sugar snaps ca. 2 minuten en stop het kookproces door ze onder koud stromend water af te spoelen.
